Specially designed machine is ideal for fermented products such as Idli and Dosa batter which tends to separate over period of time. Precisely designed piston takes care of the air content of the batter and the stirrer mechanism do not allow the air to escape from the batter thus giving homogeneous material. Machine is suitable for filling 100gms-1000 gms batter into pouches/container. Stirrer mechanism provided on the top of the hopper helps to mix the product and also to ensure that the material do not rest in the hopper. This also helps in pushing the very high viscous products in to the pump for better accuracy. Machine is made out of material suitable for food products.
